On Course Technologies Retains Mastro Communications, Inc. for
Personal Ranger and “Pace of Play” Public Relations
February 27, 2001 Chicago, IL, February 27, 2001 … On-Course Technologies, Inc., a Chicago-based manufacturer of the Personal Ranger™, an electronic “Pace of Play” solution for golfers and golf courses, today announced that it has retained Mastro Communications, Inc., a NJ-based sports public relations and marketing agency. In less than a year since debuting its Personal Ranger™ Pace-of-Play System, On-Course Technologies has built a successful program that addresses the issue of slow play on America’s golf courses. To date, more than 25 golf facilities have incorporated the Personal Ranger™ system, resulting in dramatic pace of play increases -- in some cases up to 30-minutes. Concurrently, revenue at these courses has been enhanced due to greater tee time availability.
